Our history
LREDA was established in November 2005 and currently unites 13 real estate development companies and 4 real estate professionals from office, hospitality, residential, retail, amusement, warehouse and other development sectors. LREDA has started development of the New House Classifier, providing both new project developers and buyers with a valuable guide, which helps them in decision-making process. The Classifier is a set of criteria to evaluate new flats/houses at several levels, based on the hierarchy of human needs - such as, costs, safety, guarantees, convenience, prestige, impact on the environment and public. 3. Encourage demand for real estate products and services
Comment and explain industry events and issues to mass media
Marketing and branding of LREDA (promotion of members of the association, its products, services and new business ideas; development of LREDA internet site and handouts)
4. Facilitate interaction and collaboration among real estate developers and investors.
